After payment you complete a short survey. Your readout is generated and emailed to the address you provide, usually within a few minutes. If you do not receive it, contact us and we will re-send or refund. By purchasing, you request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for distance sales lapses once delivery is complete; our own 14-day guarantee below applies instead.
If the readout shows you nothing true about yourself, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we refund in full. Non-delivery and defective files are always refunded. See our Refund Policy.
You provide accurate birth details for a person you are entitled to submit. You may not resell or redistribute the readout as your own product.
