If your readout shows you nothing true about yourself, email support@kenosis-os.com within 14 days of purchase and we refund you in full. No forms, no argument.
Independent of the guarantee window: if your readout was not delivered, or a technical fault produced a defective or unreadable file and we cannot re-deliver a working copy, you get a full refund.
Requests after the 14-day window are handled case by case. To keep the guarantee honest, we may decline future purchases from a buyer after issuing a refund.
