1. Who we are

KENOSIS, a digital-products brand. The operating company is named on your purchase invoice. Contact: support@kenosis-os.com.

2. What we collect

• At checkout: name, billing details, and email. Payment is handled by Stripe, so we never see your card number.
• At the survey: your name, birth date, birth time, birth place, and your answers to five short reflection questions. If you add the synastry scan, the same birth details for your partner — only submit them with that person's agreement.
• At the free "Big 3" signup: your first name (optional), email, birth date, birth time, and birth place.

3. Why we collect it

To generate your readout and email it to you, and to handle support and refunds. Free-signup subscribers also receive occasional KENOSIS emails; every email includes a way to unsubscribe. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising profiles.

4. Processors we use

• Stripe (payment processing and invoicing)
• Supabase (secure storage of your order and survey data, hosted in the EU — Frankfurt)
• Anthropic (text generation for your readout)
• GitHub Actions (runs the generation job)
• Resend (delivers your email)
• Open-Meteo (birthplace geocoding — receives only the city and country you typed, never your name or email)

Some processors operate outside the EEA; where they do, transfers rely on their standard contractual safeguards.

5. Retention and your rights

We keep your order and readout to provide support and re-delivery. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable period.

6. Note on birth details

Birth date, time, and place are used only as inputs to your readout. They are personal to you and are stored with your order under the protections above.
